Standards

Policies & Standards

The standards by which HHPC operates. Full versions of each policy, together with supporting risk assessments and insurance documentation, are provided in confidence once an engagement is under discussion.

Discretion & confidentiality

Discretion is absolute. Client identities, locations, objectives and any information shared in the course of an engagement remain with the client. Nothing is referenced in marketing, case studies or third-party communications without explicit written consent.

Vetting of network partners

Every HHPC-accredited specialist drawn into an engagement is personally known to the Director and selected for proven expertise, sound judgement and an established record of discretion. Partners are named transparently to the client before any involvement.

Insurance & duty of care

HHPC carries professional indemnity and public liability cover appropriate to its activities. A duty of care to the client and to any third parties involved in an engagement is taken as a foundational obligation, not an administrative one.

Medical & fitness screening

Engagements involving physical exposure are preceded by appropriate medical clearance and a structured fitness assessment. Screening requirements scale with the demands of the work; nothing proceeds without honest baseline data.

Cancellation & deferment

Terms governing cancellation, deferment and rescheduling are agreed in writing at the outset of each engagement. The default disposition is flexibility: the work serves the client and the mission, not the calendar.

Complaints & escalation

Concerns are addressed directly with the Director in the first instance. Where a matter cannot be resolved by conversation, a written process for escalation and independent review is available and provided on request.

Safeguarding

The Director holds sector-specific safeguarding training (Ann Craft Trust / UK Coaching), general safeguarding and mental health awareness certification, and a current Basic DBS Certificate. DBS status can be verified during engagement discussions. Standard or Enhanced DBS checks can be conducted when the task requires.

Data protection

Personal and operational data is held only for as long as is necessary, stored securely, and handled in compliance with the UK Data Protection Act 2018 and UK GDPR. See also the Privacy Policy.
