Partners

Two standards. One network.

HHPC works with a small, vetted group of organisations and professionals. There are two ways to partner with HHPC: as a Trusted Partner (TP) or as an Accredited Partner (AP).

TPStandard

  • Verifiable professional qualifications, registrations or accreditations in the partner's field.
  • Appropriate insurance and a clean professional and regulatory record.
  • Written commitment to client confidentiality consistent with HHPC's standards.
  • Two professional references from senior figures in the partner's field.
APStandard

  • All HHPC Trusted Partner criteria, met in full.
  • Completion of an HHPC assessment process, including interview and case review.
  • Evidence of prior work alongside HHPC or under HHPC methodology.
  • Annual review of conduct, client outcomes and continuing professional development.
  • Right to be named on engagements as an HHPC Accredited Partner, subject to HHPC approval per brief.

For Operators & DMCs

Working with in-country operators.

HHPC works alongside a small number of in-country operators and destination management companies whose ethics, safety record and environmental practice meet our standards. Where HHPC clients commit to a serious journey in your region, they are referred to a named operator we trust — and where you have UK-based clients booked into one of your overseas expeditions, HHPC can prepare them for it.

What HHPC offers your guests

  • Structured preparation for arduous itineraries, increasing your clients' likelihood of successful completion.
  • Medical clearance, altitude readiness, heat and humidity tolerance and conditioning.
  • Cultural and language preparation appropriate to the destination.
  • Optional in-country liaison and risk advisory through HHPC's network.

What HHPC asks of partners

  • Demonstrable ethical and environmental practice — B Corp, Travelife, ATTA membership or equivalent is weighted heavily.
  • A clean safety and regulatory record, with appropriate insurance.
  • Written commitment to client confidentiality consistent with HHPC's standards.
  • Willingness to work to the Trusted Partner or Accredited Partner criteria above.
