About HHPC

One practitioner. A trusted network.

HHPC is an independent practice. You work directly with me — and, when a brief calls for it, with carefully chosen HHPC-accredited specialists drawn from a long-standing network of trusted experts.

"Your contract is not with HHPC, it is with yourself. I am here to help you keep it."

Who I am

HHPC is led and run by a single practitioner with 29 years of military service, leadership and operational experience in demanding environments, international commercial engagement, with academic and operational expertise in diplomacy and communication – alongside working Arabic and Mandarin. Every enquiry, every conversation and every engagement comes through me personally.

Clients include principals, executives, expedition leaders and organisations who value direct access to a senior advisor over the noise of a large consultancy.

How I work

Every engagement begins with a confidential conversation and a structured assessment. The work is then designed around the person and the mission – not around a template or a fixed team.

When a brief benefits from additional expertise – physiology, psychology, medical, security or regional specialists – I bring in vetted partners from my trusted and discreet network, named transparently to the client. Discretion is the foundation of everything: names, locations and details stay with the client, where they belong.

All HHPC practitioners are highly experienced and appropriately qualified. Full credentials and specialist backgrounds are provided – in confidence – once a project is under discussion.

Principle

Discretion

Information stays with the client. Always.

Principle

Rigour

Decisions made on evidence, not on instinct alone.

Principle

Adaptability

Plans serve the human and the mission — not the other way round.

HHPC's clients - principals, executives and expedition leaders - value discretion above publicity. For this reason, testimonials are not displayed publicly. They are available, with the explicit consent of the individuals concerned, as verification during a confidential engagement discussion.
